Resting Metabolic Analysis

The measurement takes place sitting and at rest using spirometric breathing gas analysis and takes about 15-20 minutes. The measurement gives us information about your energy requirements at rest (resting metabolic rate RMR) and the proportion of carbohydrates or fats in your physiological energy system (carbohydrate and fat metabolism). The entire measurement result is then compared to standard values of people of your age and gender and gives you an insight into how well your metabolism is performing overall.

This appointment is for you if you primarily want to know how high your energy requirements for body fat reduction, muscle building or generally the level of your resting metabolism are. We help you to fine tune your nutrion based on knowledge about your metabolism to progress even further.

Nutrition Basic

In this 90-minute appointment, we look at the results of the metabolism and analyse your habits and nutrition through a protocol. We then use the results in order to develop a customized strategie to help you reach your goal. After the appointment, you receive an action plan action plan in order to integrate the content of the coaching into your everyday life.

This appointment is meant for you if you are not only interested in further theory, but especially the practical implementation for a balanced diet, better understanding of nutrition in general and easier handling in your everyday life.

When sportiveness, training and competition meets your daily life, things get a little bit more complex in terms of nutrition. With this service, we take all of this into account and try to advise towards a holistic, personally matching strategy regarding your training and nutritional routines.

Nutrition Sports

This appointment focuses especially on your sports nutrition , i.e. what you should eat when and how much for optimal performance and recovery. In addition to the contents of the Nutrition Basic appointment, performance diagnostics take place on the treadmill or bicycle ergometer. Based on the results of the testing and your habits, we develop an customized action plan to help you to reach the next level in your sports performance.

This appointment is for you if you are an ambitious athlete who wants to ensure optimal performance and recovery in sports.

We are convinced that a healthy nutrition is not achieved by sticking to a strict diet plan. The more you force yourself to an atypical diet the smaller your success. We make you strong with knowledge and understanding to transform your current food pattern into a healthier one. Healthy nutrition will become as a matter of course.
