Based on your metabolic analysis (measured by a spirometric analysis) we offer you a scientifically-grounded nutritional coaching. We always focus on your aims and dive deeper into your food pattern. We explain you what you should modify or strengthen in your daily diet.

When it comes to sporting activity or training (no matter which intensity) nutrition becomes more complex. This service offers a full-range analysis of your metabolic rate, food pattern, and takes into account your sporting activity. We focus particularly on timing, amount, and energetic requirements due to your training.

Via a spirometric method we measure your consumed oxygen (O2) and exhaled carbon dioxide (CO2). These values allow us to analyse your metabolic activity.

Metabolic typing

The spirometric method also measures a gas exchange ratio (so-called RQ). The RQ shows which substrate is used as energy fuel and allows to draw conclusion to your metabolic type (carbohydrate user or fat burner).

In combination with training more questions arise: Should I eat better before or after my workout? How much carbohydrates are recommendable on high-intensity training days? On top of the nutrition counseling we guide you to modify your training. A parallel change in your food pattern and training habits can have strong effects. We discuss: How often should I train per week? Which training is the most recommendable to reach my aim? We are convinced that a healthy nutrition is not achieved by sticking to a strict diet plan. The more you force yourself to an atypical diet the smaller your success. One of the main reasons for decreasing performance in training or competition is an insufficient and inadequate nutrition. Almost every athlete, especially the ones performing endurance sports, has unknown potential. Just by changing their diet and eating behavior most athletes can impressively increase their performance.
